VINTAGE WAYNE HUSTED DESIGN FOR BLENKO, BEAUTIFUL HEAVY CLEAR SCULPTURAL ART GLASS BOOKENDS IN EXCELLENT USED CONDITION.
WAYNE HUSTED IS AN AMERICAN GLASS ARTIST THAT IS KNOWN FOR MID-CENTURY GLASSWARE DESIGNS FOR PROMINENT COMPANIES SUCH AS BLENKO GLASS AND EFFETTO GLASSWORKS. BLENKO GLASS COMPANY HAS BEEN PRODUCING GLASS PIECES IN MILTON, WEST VIRGINIA SINCE 1921.
THIS IS A SCULPTURED WEDGE SHAPED, SET OF 2 BOOKENDS THAT MEASURE 5 1/4" WIDE BY 5 1/4" TALL BY 3" IN DEPTH EACH.
THE SET IS VERY HEAVY AND WORK WELL HOLDING MANY BOOKS. BOTH PIECES ARE
IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO CRACKS, CHIPS, FLEA BITES OR REPAIRS.
