Description
Real photo postcard
showing a building known as the Medford Commercial Club. The Medford Commercial
Club was created to handle an assortment of city and business interests in
Medford. Ideas would be presented to the club members for discussion and decision
on the benefits to Medford. The Commercial Club building is in a fine state of
demolishment, and the civic water trough alongside awaits the same fate. The
structure in its prime was the center of the 1910 boom, and community oratory.
This might have been right as the building was built or purchased. AZO stamp
box. (1904-1918). Unposted. Red pencil #734 is on the back of the card. The
image is clean and square.
