Return Policy
We offer a 14 day Money back guarantee as long as the item is still 100% new, in original packing and have not been installed; you may return items within 14 days for a refund of the item price only, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees for expedited or international orders are not refunded. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.
Please contact us with photos for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Do not return items without an RA# number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We will Exchange any defective merchandise for the same item, as long as our standard return process is followed within 14 days of delivery, and inventory availability.
Professional installation is recommended; as items damaged by improper or failed installation attempts cannot be returned or exchanged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Some items require professional skills, equipments and tools to install, so we recommend you ask a certified professional person or auto shop to install the parts. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items. We also do not compensate expenses included but not limited to medical expenses, labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by wrong installation/inspection procedures or wrong part ordering.
