It was powered up and seems to function normally.
It was not tested beyond this.
I do not know if it may have other issues.
The power knob on the back is missing but you can still pull the switch to turn it on. It did power up when the switch was pulled. The price reflects this issue.
This is a used item and has some wear from use.
