From torso to head is 13 inches
The legs are around 10 to 11 inches
There is a small chip on one of the toes on his left leg. Please look at the pictures on his right side under the wing there is a crack in the wood. For someone who knows how to work with would I would assume an easy fix or you can paint over it. Honestly it looks like it’s part of the peacock
