Blenko 8904 Puzzle Vase Cobalt Hank Adams

This is a Blenko 8904 Puzzle Vase. The color is cobalt blue. Designed by Hank Adams circa 1990s
It has an intact label.The glass is textured. It is a little over 15 inches tall and approx 6 inches wide
at the widest point. The condition is used without cracks chips or repairs. I have never put water in it.
It has been exclusively used as decor.
This piece is not eligible for combined shipping with other pieces. To do so would jeopardize this items's safety.
A USPS special fragile handling fee of is added. I have found this to speed up arrival times and add to the
safe handling of packages.
