Build a complete circuit on this board, not just a SIP chip.
Useful for many prototyping projects, even DIP chips.
Lay out your circuit design, using the copper traces attached to the pads.
Make minimal cuts, and you won't be soldering tiny wires to tiny parts!!
Power and ground traces, around board edges, add bypass caps across the traces...
Solid ground plane on back side. Like old copper clad dead bug prototyping... good for most RF.
Cut the board up into smaller pieces, and use it to modify existing modules, amplifiers, etc.
